  1. The purposes and legal basis for the processing of your personal data

We process your personal information for the following purposes:

  • We register information about you in order to be able to purposefully contact you,
    in relation to news and offers.
  1. Direct marketing based on your consent: If you have given your consent to this, we can use your e-mail address and your telephone number to send you newsletters and marketing material that is tailored to you. Thus, we can target our offers to you based on the information we have, including information about your previous purchases as well as demographic information such as gender, date of birth and address (profiling). You can revoke your consent at any time and object to such profiling, by contacting us as indicated below or by unsubscribing from the newsletter you receive from us

  1. Who do we share your data with 

We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or with our express consent.

Transfer to recipients in third countries, including international organizations

We will not transfer your personal information to recipients outside the EU and the EEA
without specifically asking you for your full consent.

  1. Storage of your personal information

At this time, we cannot say how long we will keep your personal information. However, we can inform you that we will emphasize how long we need the information, partly in relation to ongoing orders, partly in relation to legal requirements, when we have to determine how long your information will be stored.

  1. The right to withdraw consent

We may process certain personal information based on your separate consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us at the contact details listed above in point 1. If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data on the basis of your previously given consent and up to the withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this time. It also does not affect the processing of personal data there, cf. 2 above is dealt with on a basis other than consent.

Right to view information ( right of access )

You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as a number of additional information.

Right to rectification (correction)

You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.

Right to delete

In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our general general deletion occurs.

Right to limitation of treatment

In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the information – apart from storage – with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, enforcing or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.

Right to object

In certain cases, you have the right to object to our or lawful processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your information for direct marketing.

Right to transmit information ( data portability )

In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this personal information transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.
